The parish based programme, ‘Being Hugged by God’, was
written and produced in the parish. It looks at God’s reconciling
love for us and aims at helping children develop appropriate
life skills.
 The
programme is open to any child in Year 5 or above.
Meetings
are held in St. Margaret Mary’s Junior School on Mondays from
3.30-4.30pm. The programme runs from November till the end of
Lent. First Reconciliation is celebrated during Lent.
 The
programme consists of nine sessions for children, an Enrolment
Mass and a ‘Fun Day’ held during spring half term. Parents are
invited to attend four parent meetings. |
